When will the registration start?
Early Bird Registration period is now open from October 20 to December 31, 2024. Regular Rates will apply from Regular January 1-31, 2025.

When can we claim the Race Kit?

Run Categories and Cut-Off Time (Subject to revisions by the organizers)
Late comers may still join given they arrive at the Starting Line before the next category gun start.
What’s the race route for each category?

When can I get my Finisher’s Kit? Can I still get it if I don’t make it to the cut-off time?
Finisher’s Medal will be given upon crossing the finish line on event day. Only those who make it before the cut-off time are eligible to receive a medal.
Can runners who live outside of the Philippines join?
Anyone can register to the PHOENIX RUN 2025. However, participants must be physically present on race day.

Is the ShS-HDJ Phoenix Run 2025 safe for all participants?
Yes, safety is a top priority. Organizers have planned various safety measures such as first aid stations, water stations, and well-marked routes. Medical personnel will be available throughout the event.
Will there be medical support during the run?
Yes, professional medical teams will be on standby to provide immediate assistance if needed.
What measures are in place for weather conditions?
Organizers will monitor the weather closely. In the event of severe weather, the run may be delayed or canceled to ensure participant safety.
Are there any age or fitness restrictions for participants?
The fun run is designed for all ages and fitness levels. However, participants should ensure they are in good health and consult a doctor if they have any medical conditions. A waiver is also provided during registration.
Will there be hydration stations along the route?
Yes, there will be multiple hydration stations along the route to keep participants hydrated throughout the run.
Are participants required to wear specific gear?
It’s recommended to wear comfortable running shoes and appropriate athletic wear. High-visibility clothing or accessories are encouraged, especially for children.

Can I edit the details that I submitted upon registration?
To edit the details that you submitted upon registration, you may send an email with the subject: Edit Details Request – [Name of Participant] to register@myruntime.com
Can I change the category that I selected?
Yes, you may. However, you will need to settle the registration fee difference and corresponding admin fees.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I withdraw my registration and refund the payment?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
I can’t upload my proof of payment; how do I go about this?
You may send a copy of your proof of payment to register@myruntime.com
Can I change my payment method?
You may change your payment method by cancelling your current transaction through the Instructions tab on your invoice and register again.
I selected Dragonpay as my payment method but was not able to receive the Dragonpay reference number; what do I do?
Kindly check your spam or junk folder in case the Dragonpay payment instructions went there. If not, kindly send an email to register@myruntime.com for assistance.
I already settled my payment via Dragonpay but I still haven’t received a payment confirmation; what do I do?
Dragonpay payment validation usually takes 24 hours to reflect. In the case that you still haven’t received your payment confirmation by then, kindly send an email to help@dragonpay.ph together with your proof of payment and Dragonpay reference number.
I already settled my payment via Paypal but I still haven’t received a payment confirmation; what do I do?
If your Paypal account was credited, kindly send an email to register@myruntime.com together with a copy of your credited transaction.
How to pay via Gcash Pay Bills via Dragonpay; what do I do?
Once registered, open your Gcash account and go to Pay Bills > Payment Solutions > Search for Dragonpay > then enter the provided Dragonpay Reference number.
REMINDER: Paying using Gcash Dragonpay pay bills is only valid within 1 hour only upon registration. Kindly re-register if payment is not made within 1 hr.

Select your preferred race category.
Fill up the fields in the registration form, as required.
Choose your preferred payment method – Gcash, direct bank transfer, payment through Dragonpay payment partners, or through Paypal (debit/credit card).
Double check your orders and click Checkout to proceed.
Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the invoice page, where you can see the payment instructions as well as the order confirmation.
*A copy of the order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided during registration. This contains your order summary and chosen payment channel details where to settle your payment.
For Gcash and Bank transfer (MANUAL), please upload your proof of payment at the payment validation page link. For Dragonpay and Paypal, please follow the instructions given by the channel.Once payment is settled, take a screenshot of your successful proof of payment that reflects Account number, Amount transferred, Reference Number and the Date/Time of transfer , and upload it on our payment validation page .
*The payment validation page link can be found on the email confirmation that was sent to your email address provided during registration.
Upload the image of your proof of payment to the Payment Validation page and fill up the necessary details required.
*Kindly follow the given format for the amount (whole number only, no comma etc. and the payment date field (MM/DD/YY HH:MM).
Once uploaded, you will see a notification and a timestamp that your proof of payment is uploaded. The payment will automatically be verified within 3 banking days.
Once your payment is verified, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email through the same email address provided during registration.

We will only process your order after we receive and confirm the deposit you made. Kindly confirm your payment by uploading a copy of your online bank transfer / deposit in the payment validation page .
Once your payment is validated, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us! If you do not receive a payment confirmation email or a reply from us within 2 banking days, please send an email again to register@myruntime.com.
